I work part-time in our Kerang Office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, where I’m often the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through the door.

My role involves welcoming clients and supporting the Joliman Lawyers team wherever I can. With many years spent in customer-focused roles, I enjoy working with people and helping make their experience with us as welcoming and straightforward as possible.

Background

I have spent my career in office, reception and customer-focused roles across a wide range of industries.

Before joining Joliman Lawyers, I worked as an Aged Care Coordinator in Mallacoota and also in hospitality, looking after accounts and bookings for a local accommodation business. Prior to this, I spent around 12 years working as office staff with Victoria Police.

My experience also includes working with Gannawarra Shire Council and in a variety of roles with NAB and Commonwealth Bank. While the industries have changed over the years, one thing has remained the same—I’ve always enjoyed working with and helping people.

Interesting fact

I started a dragon boat club while living in Mallacoota and am now looking to start one here in Kerang.

I also love organising and MCing trivia nights and am looking forward to one day becoming a “grey nomad” and travelling around Australia.
