Expertise
Based in our Echuca Office, I practice primarily in Property Law. I have dealt with a wide range of property law matters, including the sale and purchase of residential and commercial property, water share transfers, mortgage and loan agreements, subdivisions, land tax issues, building contract advice, leasing advice and retirement village agreements.
I also assist clients with select Wills and Estates matters and select Family Law matters. This breadth of experience puts me in a unique position to work alongside my clients’ accountants and financial advisors to assist individuals, families and businesses with succession planning and asset restructuring, as I am able to bring an understanding of Property Law, Wills and Estates and Family Law to each matter I handle.
Background
I hold a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Psychological Science from La Trobe University. This double degree, combining legal studies with the study of human behaviour, offers a powerful dual qualification for my law career that has shaped my adaptable communication style and my ability to translate complex legal concepts into accessible, actionable advice.
My professional journey has included experience as a partner in a boutique Melbourne law firm, allowing me to collaborate with a diverse range of clients—from individuals and start-ups to established businesses. I pride myself on providing practical legal advice to clients and derive great satisfaction from helping clients to achieve their personal and business goals. I value professionalism, reliability and a thoughtful approach to each matter I handle.
I was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2015 and entered on the Register of the High Court of Australia that same year.
I am a Member of the Law Institute of Victoria and a Member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
Interesting fact
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me at a park with my two kids and husband, coffee in one hand and a dog’s lead in the other.
